How many carbs would there be in 2 tbsps for milk when 1 cup is 13 carbs?

It would be greatly apperiated if someone could give me and answer.

Well, if there is 13 in 1 cup, and there is 16 tbsps in 1 cup, 16 divided by 13 is 1.230769, and 1.230769 x 2 is 2.461538, which basically rounds out to 2 carbs.
