I want to know an easy way to lose 10 to 20lbs before school starts back up. I need something that isn't expenseive or hard for a teenager to stick to.

its not really a matter of weight loss..but inch loss:
muscle weighs more than fat
just exercise and work on the area that gives u the most trouble..theres a series of videos that focuses on any given body area..that are only 8 minute work outs:
