Kickboxing as exercise?!
Question:
Kickboxing as exercise?
I have taken a kickboxing class at the gym and was wondering if anyone knew specifically what it helps? and how good of exercise it is compared with other types?
the class is 60 minutes, with 15 or stretching/legs or abs at the end.
Anyone know how many calories this burns, I have looked it up online but there is such a large range I do not know what to believe! Thanks :)

Kickboxing has helped me trim my waist and strenghthen my legs.I love this form of exercise more than any other Ive tried
