Is it possible to lose 4 stone in 3 weeks? Lol?? :-S I am going away & need to lose it! What do I do?
I desperately need to lose this weight as I am going away to Paphos in Cyprus in 3 weeks time with my bf and I know that I won't be able to get into a bikini unless I lsoe weight. My aim is 4 stone.. I weigh 11 stone currently. What shall I do for a dramatic change? I am willing to do anyhting! :-(
