How do you start a green tea deit?!

How do you start a green tea deit?


Answers:

I don't like warm green tea so I put mine in a cup w/ 1/4 hot water and let it stand for about 2-3 minutes. Then I put some ice in it and sweet and low. I like the taste better so I tend to drink atleast 2 cups a day.
