I really need to lose some weight relatively fast. Any advice?

I'm 5'6'' and weigh around 210 lbs. As I said before, I really need to lose weight.

Does anyone have any good advice about what I should eat or how I should work out?

They say going to the gym [helps], but I know getting a trainer there will [work]. They will work with you and show you what you can do with your strength and etc. And I know you have to eat if you're extremely hungry and tired. I say eat veggies even though it doesn't make you that full. Of course you still can eat meat, but try to find meat that doesn't have so much fat in it. You have to have meat though, because it gives you energy! Don't skip your meals, that will be so unhealthy and cause you to pass out. Eat when you need to, but eat the right food. Instead of drinking pop, drink water daily. If you decides to eat at night, go take a walk before you go to bed! Try to wake up about 30 mintues early in the morning so you can walk when the weather is nice!
