How much weight would i loose if i only ate fruit and soup for 6 days?
I am desperate to loose weight and i was woundering if any-one knew how much weight you could lose if i only ate fruit and soup for 6days??

Add cabbage and onion to that soup and you could lose a lot...up to 10 pounds...it will mostly be water mind you and may come back but it will work. Do add some brown rice and chicken to that diet at least once during the week and have a banana or two in there too.
