Flat tummy...?

how many sit-ups/crunches should i do a day to achieve a flat stomach. i'm already on a diet, cardio 3x a week, how long will it take to see a results? about end of the month you think?

well i have a flat tummy. i did 700 sit ups/crunches a day.
and saw results in about 3 weeks or so.
700 might be to much for you. so u should do at least 300 for a flat stomach=)
