well, i heard about this 3 hour diet...and i dont belibe in it...fully...but im gonna try it...im 5'5 160 soo yea i need to lose some weigh, specially now dat school is about to start and i wanna look THINNER. well tell me if it has worked for any of u guys. tHaNkS!!!!
