Need to lose some weight?

hi im 15 i weigh 229 but i dont look it ... i need a walking/running plan i can walk morning noon and night i just need a plan i can keep to!!
im losing weight due to marching band and just not eating like i use to. I used to weight 266 last january so i ve made good progress but if you have any ideas thanks


P.S dont give me anything where i have to buy stuff seriously im 15 i dont the money to buy it. and NO GIMMICKS

The best way to lose weight is strength training. It burns more calories and it speeds up your metabolism. So the best excercise plan to stick with is do 80% strength training (lifting weights) and 20% cardio (running, jogging etc.) If you cant get a gym membership most high schools have a summer program where you can go to the weight room and lift.
