How to get a lifetime guest pass?

i go to the colleyville, tx one and i was wondering how you get one. no one will answer the phones at the front desk...

do you know how to get one?

do you have to let them know in advance or what?

Hey, I live in Keller. I have gone with my neighbors that have memberships there, since they get free guest passes. Not really sure, I would stop in one day, tell them you are interested in trying it to see how you like it, and it you could get a pass. The place is very nice and upscale, so they should accomdate you. I would go there, if it was closer. Good luck!
