How can I loose 5-10 pounds before school starts.?

Im not fat or anything but i would like to fit in some of my older jeans. I also cant go to the YMCA or a gym a lot so i would like to do it in my house. I only have 2 months to loose the weight.

Try running around your neighborhood, and toning your muscles by lifting weights. You should also watch what you eat and eat nutritional meals. Stay away from junk food and fast food, good luck!
