-Cut back on meat, replace it with cheese.
-Cut up fruits, add a lot of ice, and orange juice, and make a smoothie.
-Cut up spinach, corn, broccoli, carrots, celery, parsley, add vegetable broth, and boil them in water, with salt and pepper, and it makes a good soup.
-I'll say again, drink TONS AND TONS AND TONS OF WATER. It really does help.
