If you're going on a diet you also need to exercise regularly. Look for Denise Austin workout tapes, and she has a show on TV where I live, don't know about you. Here it comes on a 7 a.m. weekdays. It's a 30 minute aerobic workout, and when you're done you feel really great and you have lots of energy!
