A bowl of fiber cereal with unsweetened soy milk (120 calorie)
A cup of berrys (80 calories)
A slice of reduced calorie wheat bread (50 calories)
And a a diet frozen dinner that had chicken and veggies (140 calories)

That's only about 400 calories.
Why do I feel so full?

I got full so I just stoped eating and was waiting till I got hungry but never did.

Calories arn't what make you feel full. Carbs and protien will fill you up and burn slowly to keep you going longer.

Eat a chocolate bar with 300 calories and you'll crash after about thirty minutes, and you'll still be hungry. Eat a protein bar with 300 calories and you'll be good until your next meal.
