Im on a good diet that was set up by a trainer. I eat 2000 calories a day. How many should I burn in order to lose the healthy 2-3 pounds a week?

aim for about a pound a week, more than this is too much. brisk walk that makes you sweat, 20-30 miuntes a day, 3-5 days a week or equivalent exercises are good, good luck
