Weight gaining?!

Weight gaining?

I want to gain about 1.5 stone, ive been to a deitition and doesnt seem to be making much difference..So i figured ill try the other option.

Im thinking of getting some weights, just to stop my arms from looking so skinny! (i dont want big manly muscles lol)

How many times a week should i use them?? and how heavy do you think they should be?? (im 18..not that strong..lol)

( Yes i find it impossible to gain weight, and if i do gain weight its VERY slowly and ive bene to the doctors)

YOU SHOULD START OFF WITH AROUND 3-4-5 KG BUT THIS WILL TAKE A LONG TIME TO BUILD UP MUSCLE, YES IT IS HEAVIER THAN FAT BUT IF I WHERE YOU I WOULD JUST DRINK A VERY FATTY MILK DRINK AND BELEIVE ME ITS JUST CALL BUILD UP. THEY COME IN STRAWBERY, VANILLA, AND CHOCOLATE FLAVOUR, AGAIN ASK YOUR GP .
