Loosing weight.?!


Question:

Loosing weight.?

I need to loose 54 pounds.
I also need to loose as much as I can by July 18th.
I am 15 and 5'8.
How can I loose as much weight as possible before that day?


Answers:

-Don't eat junk food
-Stay away from foods high in sodium, fat, and sugar.
-Drink LOTS of water
-Push ups, sit ups
-A form of cardio workouts for 30min a day (run, jog, walk, bike, swim. etc.)
-Lift weights to gain muscle which helps speed up metabolism and burn calories.
