Losing Weight?
I am 14 years old. I talked to a trainer about how to lose weight. I want to lose about 50 pounds. He told me to eat 2000 calories a day. And to eat 5-6 small meal. Of course them being healthy such as a apple for a snack. I only drink water also. How many calories should I burn a day in order to lose weight on this diet?
And this is also the healthy way right?
So i will lose 2-3 pounds a week?

that looks pretty healthy. you need to exercise at least 30 minutes a day, but that can be anything, you don't have to go to the gym. you can walk, go for a bike ride, go running, rollerblading, swimming, whatever. you'll lose weight more quickly if you try to get in at least 30 minutes of vigorous exercise 3 times a week, something where you're actually sweating and working hard. don't push yourself too hard too fast or you'll get discouraged. just try and enjoy yourself.
