Is one claw of snowcrab bad for you if you have high chorlesteral and high blood pressure?
well for one i am on a dash diet so that why i ask? and i had and 1/2 cup of mixed vegies and one slice of whole wheat bread w/a little of butter

ONE claw shouldn't cause major harm- but snowcrab everyday is a no no- I have shellfish 3-4 times a week and my chol level is about 116-
