I have a weight loss question......?

If I do some sparring for 30 minutes before breakfast, (boxing), will I be burning fat calories or building muscle?


Answers:

Both! You burn calories all the time, but at an increased rate during a strenuous workout. Pushing your muscle tissue passed its comfort zone will increase your strength and build more muscle tissue. An added bonus to gaining more muscle tissue is that muscle tissue actually burns more calories than fatty tissue. So keep working out and you'll lose fatty tissue and gain muscle!
