Whats better to run in the traidmill for 30 min and burn around 500 calories?
or walk 1 hr and burn 500 and why, i want to burn my tires lol, and also get my abs going, have a better chest.
wont running a lot for short time give me stretch marks?

I would go with the running.
You also get a cardiac workout - you wont get with walking.
You will also help build muscles in your legs from the greater exertion - which you wont get walking. And the more muscle you build- the more fat you burn every minute of the day.
If you really want to get rid of fat - forget both the walking and treadmill and do weights. Just a set of dumbells at home is all you need. Concentrate on building muscle and let it do the fat burning for you.
