Which foods are okay to have and which are not while dieting?!

Which foods are okay to have and which are not while dieting?
okay so which foods below are okay to eat on a diet, which ones should i definatly avoid, and which ones are okay if eaten maybe 2 or 3 servings a day or just in lil amounts
1. whole wheat bread
2. oatmeal
3. corn
4. milk
5. cheese
6. yogurt
7. cereal (cherrios mainly)
8. peanut butter
9. granola bars
10. eggs
11. lemonade
12. salt (i love salt on many foods, but how much should be my limit?)

All the foods you have listed look very yummy and healthy. But I notice you only list corn, no other veggies and no fruit at all. I follow the Weight Watcher Program...and all the above is allowed....in fact I can eat anything with WW. I watch my portions, stay away from junk food, eat lots of fruits and veggies, drink plenty of water and walk every day. Three things on your list I watch carefully is: cheese, yogurt and granola bars. These items items can contain a lot of fat and sugars....I pay close attention to the nutrient labels. I like salt too.....I just try not to overdue.
