loose alittle of my stomach,without going to da gym,its not big at all its soo small but still i dont like it???? HELP........
Answers:
If you hate doing ab crunches, contract your abs at all times (even when you're sitting or watching TV). It'll strengthen your abs (specifically your rectus abdominis) and tone the muscle too.
Now, to get rid of excess "stomach", walk/speed walk until you get a light sweat going and from this point walk for another 20 minutes. Do this everyday (in front of the TV if you wish).
Drink more water (6-8 glasses or 4-5 bottles). Don't eat a lot of salty stuff (it makes your body hold on to the water and makes you look swollen and bloated).
Once the fat burns off, you'll have a nice set of abs showing through. All ready for bikini season.
