Should I do something different?!

Question:

Should I do something different?

This is my new daily routine and I was trying to figure out if I need to change something or do something different.
* I take a shower and brush my teeth
* I use a facial mask that is ground up oatmeal and water
* I eat around 750 calories a day
* I drink around 5 cups of water a day.

Please tell me if there is something I should do differently. I am 18 so don't tell me that I souldn't put this up and I am tryin to loose 20 pounds I want to wiegh 105 pounds. What should I do to look my very best?

Answers:

First off, even if you are trying to lose weight 750 cal/d is NOT enough!!! I don't know how tall you are, but unless you are 4'9" 105 lbs is not a healthy weight! Most people need at least 1200 cal/d just to cover the amount of energy they expend just sitting around while their body goes through its metabolic processes.

Here is a good chart to determine what is a healthy weight range:

You seem to have a very regimented and diciplined schedule. This may be a sign of OCD or even an eating disorder. I am not here to judge you in anyway, however, I feel like maybe you already know that you have an unhealthy outlook and goals for your weight, and hearing it from someone else will remind you of that fact.

If you really are overweight, or maybe just unhappy with your appearance, why not try some gradual changes, or add some toning exercises to your routine...Pilates and Yoga are great ways to make positive changes in your body from the outside as well as the inside. Looking your best means having a healthy appearance--being emaciated and anorexic looking is not looking your best, no matter what any of those ANA and MIA sites tell you!

I hope that I have not offended you, but please seek out help if you know that you really need it!
