I've been workingout for a year now but no change but i eat evrything not lookin at calorie anythng to help me

If you have worked out for a year with no changes in your body, you are:

1) Not working out hard or long enough
2) Your diet needs to be adjusted (how many calories are you eating per day?)

I notice that a large majority of the people at the gym are not working out hard enough. You really need to push yourself. It should be uncomfortable and you should be breathless when you are done.
