i already messed it up and i am only 16
i think thats why i am so fat i weigh 172 pounds i need serious advice

Exercise is the best way to increase your metabolism.
Even if it is only ten minutes or so at a time, if you can regularly get three or four sessions in each day for a total of 30-40 minutes, that should start having an effect.
Look at getting a pedometer, and aiming for 10000 steps a day. This can be any combination of your normal activity and specific exercise walking. I have included the link to 10,000 Steps, an Australian site but with people from other countries using it.
Without knowing your height, your weight alone is not a clear indicator of whether or not you are overweight or obese. Find a Body Weight Index calculator and use the results from that.
