Can you please tell me if this is a good routine???

at the beginning of the year i started going to the gym and i was lifting weights and running ..i got muscles in my arms, and legs really fast and it made look all weird so i stopped...but i was losing a lot of weight. Now I decided to just run and burn 500 calories 5 days a week no more strength exercises. Will i keep losing weight like that???
