Let's see 15 lbs in 8 weeks? Right. roughly 2 lbs a week. Easily done my friend. Start jogging about 1-3 miles a day (build yourself up to this of course) TODAY. Don't wait do it right now. Then change your diet so you eat about 300-500 calories less a day then you need. google how much calories you need for your body type and weight. That in itself should be sufficient. But I would reccommend you build yoursef up to 50 pushups, pullups, squats, situps, bicep curls with out weights (use your own muscles as resistance...very effective), calf raises, and add some good stretching everyday. Muscle raises how many calories you need to just survive so gaining muscle helps you burn calories faster while just sitting there. That's it.

One more thing. Don't starve your body needs food or you'll end up binging later. 5 meals a day!
