Do ephedra diet pills work?
i am thinking about taking the ephedra diet pills and i would be eating fruit and veggies and excersising at the gym for 2 hours every day for 2 months.....will i be able to lose about 35 lbs in 2 months? and will these pills help?

Yes, they are actually the only form of thermogenic diet pill that work. I used to take them, before it was banned, and I must warn you it will make you jittery.
At first the energy I got from them was amazing. I'd have tons of energy while in the gym and always felt like I could lift anything. HOWEVER, I stopped taking them because I was getting strong heart beats, it felt like my heart was going to pop out of my chest. It was pretty scary, but they did work as far as burning fat.
From my experience I wouldn't recommend taking them. It's not worth putting your heart through that stress. Hope this helps.
