Eating Healthy enough?

i was wondering if you could tell me if i ate good so far in this day, i am trying to gain some weight so if anyone knows how i can in a way where i dont need to buy bigger clothes help me, so this is what i've eaten so far, thanks
Breakfast
2 bowls of Cream of Wheat with 1/4 cup of milk and 2 packets of Splenda, 1 scoop of Body Fortress Whey Protein Powder Vanilla flavor, and a Pure Protein Chewy Chocolate Chip Protien Bar.
Lunch
1 whole wheat tortilla with 96% fat free topped with potatoe salad(contains onions, fatfree miricle whip and musturd), and a Dannon Light N' Fit fat free Strawberry Yogurt.
How did i do, bad or ok, please if you have any ideas on gaining weight, any information can help me, thanks.
im 13 year old female, 5ft 5in and 102lbs.

2 slices of honey wheat bread, with 1 cup of refried beans, and protien shake.

At 13, your primary diet concern should be getting a properly balanced diet, and of course, getting enough to eat. You are still growing and it takes time do fully develop. You are moderately tall for your age and a lot of younger, tall people are leaner than the shorter ones. As you mature, that will even out, more. A lot of energy has been expended getting you as tall as you are. Once you reach your full height, you'll find it easier to gain healthy weight.

Relax, eat healthy, get moderate exercise, and let nature take it course.
