Is this a good program for developing strength and quality weight ( muscles ) ?!

Question:

Is this a good program for developing strength and quality weight ( muscles ) ?

I am 19 years old, into karate for 6 months now, 6 feet tall or 182 cm, 163 pounds or 74 kilograms, have 13% body fat and am in a fairly good shape. Now, I was thinking along this lines. I found an information in couple of occasions that one kilogram of pure human fat has approximately 9000 calories. And I have made myself some sort of program by which I mean to live by the end of the september. 2 hours of bike ride in the morning, 1000 push ups a day, 500 or less crunches and 300 squats. If it would hurt me I would cut back on it, naturally. My main wish is that I get in the best shape I can by the end of summer and start of the training year and melt as much of fat possible and replace it with muscle mass. I was thinking of eating food such as vegetable, froot , chicken and other low fat meat, avoid animal fats and deep fried food , junk food and sweats totally. I was also thinking of going into gym in 8th month 3 times a week with this including.

Answers:

wow, well as always a tough workout isnt always the best solution to getting into shape, if you want size, then doing lots of reps and pushups and such will not make you bigger, you need to lift, fewer, heavier weights by using free weights and a bench press..........you need to take lots of protein, either by your normal diet or by some help, BSN sells a product called syntha 6 which has alot of nutrients in it beneficial to musclesynthesis......i personally use cytosports muscle milk, along with no2 xplode and cellmass also made by BSN, no2xplode is an energy drink mix to help you get more out of your workout, and cellmass is a creatine mixture, for muscle mass, be sure to drink plenty of water and follow the simple directions on the labels, and more muscle means less fat, naturally ;) remember that......
