Question about reps?
When people say you should only do 6-8 reps, does that mean having a weight where you can do 6-8 reps FAILURE??
Or does it mean go to 6-8 reps and STOP even though you can do more??

You need to use a weight where you can go 6-8 reps to failure. If you only do 6-8 reps and feel you can do more, your weights are too light.
