AND DO LEG CRUELS 3 SETS OF 30 AND 2 SETS OF 20 FOR THE YOUNG ONES.
IF YOU HAVE A STATIONARY BIKE RIDE THAT FOR 1 HOUR AND 30 MINUTES FOR THE YOUNG ONES.
