I've Been Wondering?

Since it takes up to about 6 weeks to develop the muscles to play the guitar well when practicing about 15-30 minutes a day could this work with abs? I have a 6 pac and I'm only 14 (I honestly don't know how I got it probably tumors in my stomach.. Lol) I've been reading lots of things about getting abs in like 2 weeks and I'm thinking about that guitar thing I mentioned a little earlier on and I know abs are muscles so wouldn't the same rules apply?

Based on what you've said, 6 weeks is plenty of time for you to start getting more definition on your abs. It sounds like you don't have a lot (or any) belly fat--which is a key to developing those RIPPED abs. If you really want to get them popped, eat a lot of lean protein, turkey, chicken, light fish, (all boneless/skinless, of course), do at least 30 minutes of cardio 3 times a week, and then do ab specific exercises.

The cardio will help jumpstart your body to burn any excess fat which may be preventing maximum definition, and the ab exercises will make the muscles bigger and more developed. See the link in my source for some excellent ab workouts.

PS, on the guitar thing? It's just the general principle--the more you work it out, the more results you'll see ;)
