Problem????!
Question:
Problem????
I always eat a very strict diet. I wake up at 9 am, and eat cereal. I MUST eat cereal, I feel fat if I eat anything different, or anything with it. 3 1/2 hours later I MUST have a pb&j sandwhich on wheat bread, with a fruit. then 4 hours later I MUST have some kind of healthy vegetable dinner. I NEVER eat snacks, I feel fat if I do. Im scared to go places, because I feel I NEED to eat at specific times, and I feel Ill gain weight if I dont eat 3 meals a day. I really would like to change my diet up a bit, but I dont know what to eat, cause I generally feel fat after I eat heavily. Like if I eat anything other than cereal in the morning, I feel gross and icky cause I started my day out bad. I just want some suggestions on something new to eat. I cant eat toast for breakfeast because then I cant have a sandwhich for lunch and I have to have a pb&j sandwhich because Im vegitarian, and salads leave me too starving. I just dont know what to do. HELP!

Try eating a grapefruit for breakfast or some other large fruit. Or make a fruit salad the night before with strawberries, bananas, oranges, or whatever you want in it, then eat that for breakfast.
Since you're a vegetarian, have you tried tofu? You could eat that for lunch, or a vegetarian burger or hot dog. There are lots of vegetarian options out there besides salads and PB & Js. You could make a wrap by spreading cream cheese on a tortilla, then putting veggie meat or just vegetables in it. It sounds weird but they're really good! I suggest vegetarian turkey and avocado. Yum yum
