Question: HEY!!!!will this weight loss plan give me results!!!!!!!!!!?
ok so starting 2morow im going on a 1000 calorie diet,

for breakfast i will have specail k cereal along with fruits
snacks:fruits,vegges
lunch:special k
snacks:fruits,veggies
lunch:chicken salad

so yeah of course i will be drinking alot of water,taking a multivitmen aswell and some green tea!.
i am also excercising using an eliptical for 40 minutes a day and some boxing along with the ab lounge!.

my goal is to lose around 10-15 pounds over the next month!.i know some people will say thats impossible or unhealthy,but im really desperate right now!.im 5'3 and weigh 195,im 16!.i told this plan to my doctor she said its fine,but i just wanted to see other ppls opinion!.

so question is "WILL THIS PLAN GIVE ME RESULTS"!?

Well if your doctor said it was fine!. Then it probably is!. You just have to make sure you include other foods into your diet as well (like bread and meats)!.!.!. I don't think it contains enough protein!. You should include eggs with your breakfast and some protein at lunch also!.

Weight loss is all about food choices, portion control and getting enough exercise to burn off the calories you consume so they don
