What are some tips on dumbbell/free weights for building up arm muscles?!
Question: What are some tips on dumbbell/free weights for building up arm muscles!?
I have a pretty skinny build muscle wise, but I'm 6'0" tall!. The most muscle is on my legs because I did a lot of running in high school!. But I was looking for more muscle toward my upper body (specifically arms)!. I was wondering if anybody had any tips to getting good results for arm muscles with free weights!. I have two 5 pound hand weights and two 10 pound hand weights!. Links to sites with guides and or picture guides would be much appreaciated!.

you are really gonna need some more weight!. becuase even if you hold two a hand the most you're getting is twenty pounds!. but good exercises are curls, skull crushers, hammer curls, lateral raises, frontal raises, arnold presses, military presses, dumbell kickbacks, there are a lot more as well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
