Calf Cramps?!
Question: Calf Cramps!?
So I'm a 16 year old and I play a lot of competitive soccer!. For the past year I've been having really bad calf cramps during the second half!. I'm in excellent shape, I always have a good warm up stretch, I drink lots of water and even eat about three bananas before I play so why I am still getting cramps!? Is there something I can do on a consistent basis to prevent them!?

well those are charlie horses and the best way to prevent them is to stretch really good before any game or practice!.!.!.thats the only thing i know of so i think thats pretty much all u can do!.!.!.sometimes if u try not to think about it it wont bother u as muchWww@Answer-Health@Com
I think that you shouldn't really strain yourself!. If you do, these cramp's can really cause a problem!. Sit out for a few games and massage your calves and if you get them during the game, ask someone to take your place or you'll seriously hurt yourself!. Go see a doctor if it happens while you're just walking!. Try sleeping comfortably during the night!. make yourself comfortable!. Hope I help!Www@Answer-Health@Com
