Answers:
I'd go with the first choice!. The turkey contains protein and the beans contain a lot of fiber so that should keep you full longer than the salad!. Good choices! Keep up the good work!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Check out the sites below to see the nutrition facts at panera!. If you want to be filled, eat something with carbs which will provide you with sufficient energy and won't leave you too hungry!. Since you'll be working out at practice, you won't have to worry about the carbs making you gain weight because you'll be burning them off!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Panera is very healthy!.

stay away from to much bread

but ther panins and soup are low fat and salads are great!. I would suggest the u pick two and choose a combination of a soup and salad (low fat chicken noodl or vege) as well as a panini and salad (any salad, love the asian, and the portebelo panini) so!.!.!.!.!. eat up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

-half a turkey sandwich on whole wheat with lettuce and mustard!. and a half strawberry poppyseed salad dressing on the side!.

that sounds good and not too fattening!. i dont think!.!.but i hope its good when you go there tomorrow! have fun! bye!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

# 2 !!!
That'll match the guidelines!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

turkey sandwhick with bean soup!. keep you fuller longer than strwberry saladWww@Answer-Health@Com

id take the first or second choice!. just stop urself from overeating and ull b fine!. just save the rest if you dont eat itWww@Answer-Health@Com

omgosh!. eat!! ur not gonna gain weight!. anorexic freak!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would go for number two, that is usually what i get when i am there!. The strawberry poppyseed salad is really good! And the turkey sandwich has good protein to keep you full!. Its low fat and low calorie!. It would probably be around 5-6 grams of fat so thats great!. But i seriously don't think you should worry so much for your height and weight you should be really in shape and if you are going to be running that much you shouldnt count calories at all!. Thats just my opinion :) good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

i would say !.!.!.
*half a turkey sandwich on whole wheat with lettuce and mustard!. and a half strawberry poppyseed salad dressing on the side!.!.!.!.!. because the turkey gives u your protien and the bread gives your carbs, having both of them mixed together is VERY good when your running or being athletic!. The sandwich will help keep u filled up but adding the salad with dressing on the side just fills you up perfectly!. also dressing on the side is perfect that way you can just dip the perfect amount!. the lettuce keeps u refreshed and vegitables are good for keeping ur stamina up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
