Question: How can i lose 5 pounds and flatten my tummy xD!?!?
ok so im 15 !.5'2 and 108 pounds
not exactly fat but it also depends how it looks on the person!.
i suffer from constipation :(so its hard for me not to eat something without my stomach bloating !.(trust me sometimes i look pregnant )
and i want to lose five pounds and flatten my tummy at the same time !.
any help would be greatly appreciated

avoid white bread and fizzy drinks!. both cause constipation!.
for a workable diet -
here is what my dietician suggests - follow a practical diet!. start
your meal with a soup or a huge salad!. this fills u up!. Make sure your
plate has this ratio - 50% veg, 25% carb(potatoes, corn and peas come
in carbs category), 25% protein!.this will prevent cravings too!.an
occassional treat is OK!. have a snack every three hours!. fruit
(ideally berries) or soy nuts!. just 2 tbsp of soya subsides hunger
pangs!. switch from white rice and bread to brown!. eat 900gms of
veggies a day!.Lose a kilo a week!. that is permanent loss!. pick an
exercise regime you like!.
get a pedometer and try to take 10,000 steps everyday!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Firstly you are underweight and proportional according to your height and weight!. You do not really want to lose stomach fat, you should tone it up!. As a vegetarian you can try tofu and fruits , especially bananas which contain fiber and will help your digestion greatly!. Tofu has protein and will help create a more muscular core for you!. One easy thing to do just to lose a few pounds is to cut ONE thing out of your diet that you know is not all that heathy for you and its something that you eat on a regular basis!.
Once you stop eating it for a couple weeks, you'll see the difference!. I cut out pop, and in a month i had lost 10 pounds!
To flatten the stomach, i would just stick to the damn situps!. I know that there a pain, but they work!

maybe you should talk to your doctor if you are constipated all the time!. If you are eating healthy as a vegetarian you should be consuming large amounts of fiber which would make it impossible to be constipated unless there is another problem!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
