Answers:
I'm not entirely sure what your teacher is asking you to do!. Vitamins are not really linked to weight loss (maybe some evidence but nothing as substantial as increased energy expenditure (e!.g!. exericse) combined with reduced intake)!.

Since fat provides the greatest source of kilojoules (37kj) you would want that to be lowest, which it appears that it is!. Get the person to eat low GI carbohydrates and wholegrains as this will fill them up longer as does protein!.

I cannot identify any nutrient interactions from what you have listed there so I don't think that it really matters what order they go in!.

Maybe she wants you to figure out what the main food sources of the vitamins are and then put them into a diet!. If so just google the vitamin + food sources and you will get info no problems!.

No offense to your teacher but why is she teaching you how to take supplements!? What even happened to just eating a balanced diet!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
