How to get my booty more 'firm'?!
Question: How to get my booty more 'firm'!?
Ok so basically, I'm 5'6" & a half and 138 pounds!.
I have a small waist but thick legs and a big booty but now that I'm getting older it's not like it used to be!.!.it's getting cellulite on it along with the back of my legs!.!.!.
how do i fix this !? i'm afraid if i do squats or something it'll just burn off the fat and be gone then ill have no booty lol or will it still remain big and just get muscle on it!?
and i hate squats is there anything else i can do!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

So really lunges and stairs!.!.!.
If you go to a gym the elyptical does it on a short stride!.!.!.
Also you can do this excercise!.
You are on all fours and you lift one legs straight behind you and you rotate it in one direction for 30 seconds then rotate the other way for another 30!. Then switch legs!. It BURNS!.!. for me at least!. But it works!.
I know squats are a bummer but put on some music and just try and get at least 20 in!. Music helps me to get into rythem!.

If something were to burn off the fat and completely diminish your butt, it'd be very slow!. It's hardest for women to loose weight on their thighs and butts!.
I'd suggest stairs and deep slow lunges (letting your knee almost touch the ground)!. It's easiest to do the lunges in laps around your house or backyard, one leg after the other in a sort of 'lunge walk'!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i think u should do squats 2 burn some fat up and then get on the floor upside down n strech you legs towards ur booty,after u do that it will turn into muscle and the more u strech it the more shaped it will get trust me it works!.

you cant burn off fat in a specific area and youre probably not going to burn any fat anyway doing squats
