Not really!. But you can eat healthy foods + doing cardiovascular exercises to help you lose weight at the same time!.

You have to eat healthy and exercise!. You'll do the best with that type of regimen! It's a "partnership" and both need each other!. As the old song goes, "You can't have one without the other!."Www@Answer-Health@Com
