Why do my knees hurt from lunges?!
Question: Why do my knees hurt from lunges!?
Am I doing them incorrectly!? My knees either pop during lunges or are sore the next day!. Can someone tell me how to do them right, where it doesn't put the strain on my knees!. Thanks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I used to hate lunges!. They make my knees pop!. So does squatting!. Trying turning your feet (your front foot mainly) to get a position where it doesn't hurt or your knees don't crackle!. This seems to be the best way!. Bulgarian split squats are an alternative!.
Some people say flax seed oil helps!. I have taken flax seed and fish oil!. I think it helps a bit!. They don't seem to crackle as much!. But watch the foot position and find the comfortable position that is right for your body design!. Other people say glucosamine and chondroitin help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
