Question: If i take the stairs in my apartment will it help me lose weight!?

You will tone up your legs!. Your actual weight will increase with muscle though!. Weight is just a number!.
For instance, a girl can be a size 9 and weigh 140 lbs and look good!. And another girl can weigh 140 lbs and look terrible if they are made of jello, and wear a 14!.
Im not down on bigger sized people!. I spent 1/2 my adolescent life in a size 14!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

How many flights are we talking about here!? If it is a few storeys, it may not give you much weight loss!.
If the walk on the stairs is at least 10 minutes, then definitely yyou will start losing weight!.
Also if it is too leisurely, like a stroll in the park nothing much is going to happen!.
So although some is better than none, taking the stairs will improve your heart and lung power, but if you want to use it as a weight loss tool, be prepared to sweat and pant!. Then the lbs will come off!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it will help you burn some calories, but to lose weight, you need to watch what you eat, and if taking the stairs is your're only exercise then you would need to run up and down them about 10 times, several times a day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's more healthy but I doubt you'll even lose a pound!. Burning the amount of calories to lose a substantial amount of weight takes 20 minutes of exercise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would take the stairs everywhere you go ( to and from your apartment too) and try to park in the back of the packing lot or the further est from your destination !.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.also making healthy food choices
