Cleanse diets are hokey!. They will not make you lose an ounce of bodyfat!.At any given time your colon and lower intestines are going to be filled unless you don't eat anything for a week!. I have consulted with doctors and dieticians and I have been in the sport of bodybuilding for 20 years!. They all say the same thing, if you are eating a diet rich in fiber and drinking plenty of water, whatever is left in your colon is meant to be there!.
Understand this about fitness and scale weight!. They are totally different things!. You can drop 20 lbs on a scale and still look nasty and flabby!. By the same token you can weight train and drop 10 lbs on the scale and drop three pants/dress sizes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
