its not true - its been scintifically proved that it doesnt matter what time of the day you eat - as long as you dont consume more calories than spend during the day you are not gona gain weight. its all about calories in vs calories out.
only old school nutritionist/dietitians/doctor... would tell you not eat past certain time.
you just shouldnt eat at least an hour before going to bed.
