If I am 14 years old and weigh 190 pounds. If I consume 1200 calories and do cardio 2 hours a day how much weight can I lose in 7 weeks?

I do not know because everyone's body works differently. A healthy goal to try to work for is 1-3 pounds a week. Do not try to lose too much weight too soon. You will leave yourself feeling and looking ill.
When I started my diet/exercise plan (eating smaller portions and working out 3-4 times a week) I lost 16 pounds in 7 weeks.
