Is this enough excercise daily to tone up?!
Question: Is this enough excercise daily to tone up!?
I have just been using the eliptical trainer and did 2!.09k in 10mins!. I burned 47calories!.
Is this enough!?
I also run about half a mile each day outside!.
On top of that I have been doing 200 sit ups each day for the last 6 months and I intend to carry on lifting weights (2kg) for around 10mins everyday!.
I'm not sure if this is enough that i'm doing or if I should be running further in the amount of time!?
I am trying to loose fat and gain muscle, at the moment I am 14 years old, 5'5'' and 50kg (112 pounds) I don't have a problem with my weight but I would like to become more muscular!.
Any advice would be appreciated!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your weight is slightly low for a person of your height so be careful!.
To gain muscle you have got to do more weight training, with heavier weights, 2kg is not enough!. The sit ups are fine!. In all you should aim to do about 30 minutes exercise a day!. I'd suggest 15 minutes running a day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

u should exercise continuously more than 30 min
